These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DealersPilotAI website and services. DealersPilotAI is a product of Cole Software Solutions LLC ("DealersPilotAI," "we," "us"). By contacting us, requesting a demo, opting in to text messages, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

DealersPilotAI provides software for independent car dealerships, including lead management, follow-up, messaging, inventory, and deal tools. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time. Access to certain features may require an active subscription.

SMS / text messaging program

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from DealersPilotAI related to your demo request and scheduling your demo. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

• Program: DealersPilotAI sends messages related to your demo request and scheduling your demo.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt back in.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at founder@dealerspilotai.com.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it without authorization, or use it to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited messages. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.

Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis at the price disclosed at signup. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel in accordance with your plan terms.

Intellectual property

The DealersPilotAI software, branding, and content are owned by DealersPilotAI and its licensors. Your dealership's own lead, customer, inventory, and deal records remain yours, and you may request a clean export of that data.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealersPilotAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carriers or third parties.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
